Greatminds is focusing on the research and development, productions, sales and service of cooling solutions for 6 years.

The company's cooling products are widely used in telecommunication, server, graphics card, switch, LED lighting and other thermal areas with more than 100 employees and about 6,300 square meters of plant area. Equipped with the first-class R&D team, efficient management structure, comprehensive enterprise management processes and advanced hardware and software facilities, Greatminds has become a strategic supplier and partner of many international first-tier and second-tier customers.

Our dedicated project team have many experiences of collaborating with customers to develop new products by providing thermal simulation analysis and innovative thermal solutions.  We have been adhering to the concept of innovation, empathy and service. Based on thermal technology,  Greatminds pays great attention to prompt response to customized requirements, providing customers with flexible cooling solutions , meeting the various needs of global customers and their pursuit of innovation,  and growing up with customers. 

Greatminds has established a  thermal RD center for in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. It mainly  focus on the thermal testing,  design verification and the development of high-power heatpipe/vapor chamber solutions and liquid cooling products.

Lab Equipments

In addition, we set up production facilities in Dongguan to provide flexible production service as well as high-volume production. With a production area of 5,500 square meters, we have 3 advanced automatic soldering lines, 25 CNC machines, 5 stamping machines, and 5 assembly lines as well as advanced ERP management system.  We adhere to the quality policy of creating excellent quality to meet customer needs, and strictly implements ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system standard. 
We combine years of quality management experience and actual operation to establish a unique quality control and management system. We have established a strict and comprehensive product evaluation system, IQC inspection, process control, OQC inspection, product traceability and service system.
